Christ Your life

His Kingdom multiplied through you

INCLUDED

Paul spoke of Christ our life because He is. There is a life in generic Christianity that is like having a shower with an overcoat on. There is a life in performance and law that is comparable to being alive yet in a coma. Our inheritance is to live out the potent life of the Spirit of Jesus who is resurrection in person. In Jesus we are joined to God and He comes to live in us. This union is ours when we live in the Spirit of Sonship. We can live as a show-pony in the unreality of law and religion or we can live as potent sons/daughters in the spirit of Christ.

In this age our forgiveness of sins is absolute. More than being regarded as ‘just as if I had never sinned,’ we are graced with the life of Jesus. This is God’s gift to us, our possession and inheritance as the sons and daughters of God. In Jesus we are forgiven for ‘sins’ and ‘from sin.’ We are forgiven for our life in Adam and given our life in Christ. Just as we were defined as sinners on account of being the progeny of Adam, so we are accounted alive and righteous because we are the progeny of Jesus, the Second Adam.

BORN OF THE SPIRIT

Human conception and birth is a wonderful thing. A seed grows inside a woman’s body and is given birth as a boy or a girl. The child is the expression and product of its parents by physiology, by spirit and later by example. This is similar to our life in the Spirit of Jesus. A seed is planted in our being and we grow from the inside into the sons and daughters of God. Born again in the Spirit we are the expression of Jesus with the inheritance of the entire trinity. There is a difference between the workers of the law and the sons of God and this is it.

LEGAL RIGHTS

I knew some good folks who had become hung-up on the notion of ‘legal rights,’ They had absorbed the idea that to sin - which we all do - leaves us vulnerable to attack and manipulation by the Enemy because it gives him ‘legal rights’ over us. Not so. Satan has no legal right over you if you are in Christ. You are in Christ when your choose to believe Him. You do not get out if Him when you sin - even if your sin deliberately.

‘And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow--not even the powers of hell can separate us from God's love’ Rom 8.38 NIV.

FOREVER BELONGING

Just to bed this down and confirm it in your spirit - God is love. This passage is saying nothing can separate you from God. He in His fullness is always in us and with us. We need to live this out in our moments of victory and in defeat. Satan’s legal rights were demolished at the cross. Jesus took our sin and we got His righteousness. Now to see Jesus is to see ourselves. This is the reality that is Christ. Every pretension of the devil, every shadowy insinuation and claim to influence your life was annulled in his defeat at the cross. The devil has no rights over any Believer, much less any rights related to law and obligation.

Live in the new covenant and abandon the old.

CUNNING FABLES

However there is a weakness that undermines our peace and joy in Christ. It comes from our being robbed by the father of lies so that our status in our heavenly Father is obscured or eliminated by wrong belief. This is why we need the teaching of Jesus and the doctrine of the apostles and not christian myth and cunningly devised fables masquerading as the truth of God. You have an inheritance called Christ your life. Don’t be robbed of it and don’t bury it in the ground.

‘The people were amazed at his teaching, because he taught them as one who had authority, not as the teachers of the law’ Mark 1.22 NIV.

If sin cannot separate us from God unbelief can. It can blind us and dispossess us to the inheritance that we already possess and deny its effect on our lives. Wrong belief can create a false reality in which we think we are separate from God when we are not. The core of this age is Christ in you. We can do better than prayer prayers in which we ask Jesus to be with people. He already is. The trinity is in them. Declare something specific and reject the prayers and the authority of the scribes.

CHILD OF THE FREE WOMAN

This is the sad status of any who insist on living in law and old covenant when God has provided the new and living way of Christ our life. Through unbelief and imagining that we have some special teaching and unique identity, we can deny our treasure and leave it in the ground to press on in conceit and futility. But grace covers all and is always active to secure our living in the fullness of Christ and His accomplishments for us.

The gospel of the Kingdom is NEVER JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS. It is the Kingdom of grace, authority and spirit and life. It is always living water, never something and nothing and always sharp and powerful to distinguish between kingdom and religion.

‘Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You shut the door of the kingdom of heaven in people's faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to’ Matt 23.13 NIV.

In the book ,
In the Eyes of Grace, we find..

What a joy to know that all my sins were completely dealt with
and there is no day I will be judged on regard to sin. I am eternally secure and have no reason to worry about walking out of fellowship with God. No scripture in the epistles supports the idea of walking out of and walking into fellowship with God
when we sin.

Heb 13:5 declares “He will never leave you nor forsake you,” unconditionally, we are eternally united. Fellowship with Him is not dependent on my sin. Sin cannot
overcome God’s grace in my life, God’s grace overcomes sin in my life, neither can it scare Him away, remember He became sin itself. This gives me every reason to walk with thanks-giving always in my heart. We all have been forgiven much therefore
we should appreciate much.”

Belief means walking His life as ours, despite our sins and disappointing actions, allowing Him to be our life in all respects. The bottom line is not our ‘not sinning’ or doing good works. The bottom line and foundation of our sainthood is that He is our life and that we are His expression where we are. Those who eat Jesus will live because of Him.
