Christ Your life

His Kingdom multiplied through you

The illusion that began with the Father of lies is that ‘good’ can be known as a thing separate from God. The delusion that persists as the great darkness in the new testament age is that the Believer is separate from God and must have recourse to the things like the law, to knowledge, ‘keys,’ praise and worship and even intercession to achieve union with God. But as the Bible says and as Leanne Payne so ably reveals in Real Presence – we already have this union. In Jesus we and Father are one. Jesus is entirely and absolutely our togetherness with God – and our life!

‘On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you’ John 14.20 NIV. We know this by revelation when this truth is revealed to our hearts because we have sought the Christ of God who reveals Himself and undoes the veil of false christs and false doctrine about Him and His way.

We have a vibrant life available to us in the person of Jesus. This life, this indwelling of His Spirit, this personal union with the One who is Jesus of Nazareth and the Son of our Father is your life. He is already in you and surrounds you with His presence.
This presence – the presence of all of God, of the trinity is just as real as you are. In fact more real since it is He who gives reality and purpose to all that exists. As Paul quoted with approval in the book of Acts, ‘In Him we live, move and have our being.’

In religion we live in a projection of ourselves and our ideas of God, all the time thinking that this is God. In Jesus we are in God and privy to His reality and His continuing revelation of Himself and who we are in Him.

Jesus is the logos – the meaning of life and the person in which all creation holds together and has its genuine essence. He is what Paul calls the law of the spirit of life. He is the Spirit in which all that is alive and all that is physical and inert comes into its proper functioning. In Him kangaroo rejoices as itself, dog wags its tail and rejoices in dogdom, George become the George he really is and Mavis grows into the fullness of a daughter of God. Why? Because they are not filled with rules. They are indwelt by the Christ who made them, who redeemed them and who has become their life.

‘To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory’ Col 1.27 NIV.

In Jesus you are who you are and grow each day into the proper design of your being. Jesus is the new creation. You as an individual, other people, societies and nations become the Kingdom of God as they live in the oneness with God that has been achieved for them and is now theirs. Jesus is our oneness.

‘In a little while, the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you also will live.
On that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you are in Me, and I am in you.

This is as complete an expression of the new covenant as one can get. Now we are in Christ and He in us. We are alive courtesy of His Spirit and His grace. We are alive because He is. Having believed Him and received Him as our life our eyes are enlightened by the Spirit of truth. We come to know that we have been given life and that we have been drawn into God’s life – not only in the Spirit- but actually into fellowship with each member of the trinity. We know now that we are the expression of God Himself. We are His life as Jill and Steve the daughter and son of God.

Whoever has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me. The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him’ John 14.19-21 NIV.

These commands are not those of Moses. Every reference to commandments in the new testament refers to the teaching of Jesus. His teaching is that He is entirely our life. We show we love Him by doing what He says – living in His life and welcoming Him into all parts of our being and every aspect of our living. There is no sacred and secular in this age. Not holy time and ordinary time or holy places and unholy places. You are in God’s life personally and you have been given a Sabbath life of rest from earning the approval of God. Your now have an energized and ignited spirit filled with divine life that goes everywhere you do.

There is no life apart from Jesus, no regime of righteousness hanging as an abstraction in space, no law as in Mosaic law on stones or inhabiting some ecclesiastical realm. There is no matrix of good and evil that exists separately from His being. Righteousness and life is not separate from the life or the person of God. They are Him. Thus when we receive Him as our life and His Spirit fills our being we become the life and righteousness of God. We are sons. As such we are His manifest presence.

The issue of the ages is not the law of God. It is the Fatherhood of God and the Sonship of you. There is no Great Controversy. The Accuser was defeated at the cross and you were raised to union with God in Christ. Any person who lives in Christ we experience victory over circumstances and the Enemy because He is already defeated.

The law is a schoolmaster. Not God Himself. He is not a head-master. To see Father is to see Jesus. He is fully revealed by Jesus, the one kids crawled all over and who ordinary folks loved to be with. The issue of the ages is the Fatherhood of God and the reality of your Sonship. The righteousness of Christ is that you are His righteousness.

The issue for many is this: Will Christ be your life or will you choose to live from the quagmire of the law and its ‘had it’ smelly rags glory or will Christ in you be the glory of your everyday living? The challenge is: Will I plod on in religion attempting to secure what I already have or will live in the abundance of Christ our life? Righteousness is being a son/daughter of God – which you already are.

‘Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is’ 1 John 3.2 NIV.
